1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between panasvip ("Company", "we") and you ("Player", "Member", "User") in your personal capacity. This document should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy also available on this website.

By clicking the "Register" or "Log In" button, or by using any panasvip service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to all provisions contained in this document. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your registration or first use.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account at panasvip, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is completely prohibited.
• Not currently be enrolled in any self-exclusion programme or enforced gambling ban.
• Register only one valid account per individual — multiple account registrations are prohibited.
• Provide truthful, accurate and current personal information during registration.

panasvip reserves the right to reject a registration application or suspend an existing account if any eligibility requirement is found to be unmet, without being required to provide detailed reasons to the player concerned.

3. Player Account Management

Each player is fully responsible for maintaining the security of their account username and password. You are not permitted to share your login details with any other party. All activity that occurs under your account will be considered your own actions.

If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify the panasvip support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. panasvip will not be liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to keep their login information secure.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before a player can withdraw funds. Documents that may be requested include a copy of a valid MyKad or passport and proof of ownership of the registered payment method. All submitted documents are treated as confidential and protected under the panasvip Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

panasvip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking (FPX)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. All amounts are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or the equivalent value according to the method chosen.

Withdrawal processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes after the withdrawal request has been verified and KYC is complete. This timeframe may vary depending on system load and any additional verification requirements.

Each player is responsible for ensuring that the registered payment information is accurate and in their own name. Funds in a panasvip account will not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another player.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

panasvip offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before the bonus value or winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a first deposit bonus of 150% up to RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before a withdrawal is permitted.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM3,700 → Wagering required: RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500

Weekly cashback bonuses are also available based on the player's VIP tier. All promotions have a set validity period and are subject to specific terms communicated alongside each promotion. panasvip reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time.

6. Game Rules and Player Conduct

All panasvip players must comply with the following rules when using the platform:

• Only bet using account balances that are valid and obtained through permitted channels.
• Do not use any automated software, bots or artificial intelligence tools to influence game outcomes.
• Do not interfere with or attempt to cheat the game system, other players or panasvip staff.
• Do not engage in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Comply with the betting limits set for each game and VIP level.

panasvip reserves the right to freeze, restrict or terminate the account of any player suspected of violating these rules. Any winnings obtained through unauthorised means are void and will not be paid out.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the panasvip website, including logos, graphics, interface designs, text, brand names and software, is the exclusive property of panasvip or the relevant licensors. This content is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Players are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish or exploit any part of panasvip's content without prior written consent from our administration.

8. Limitation of Liability

panasvip provides the gaming platform "as is" and makes no warranties, whether express or implied, that the service will always be available without interruption or technical errors.

panasvip will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting activity carried out by the player.
• Service interruptions or unavailability due to system maintenance or technical issues beyond panasvip's control.
• Any unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence.
• Game outcomes that the player considers unfavourable.

panasvip's maximum liability in any circumstance will not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the thirty (30) days prior to the relevant claim being made.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting panasvip support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.

panasvip reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, document forgery or the provision of misleading information.
• Money laundering activity or suspicious financial transactions.
• A request from a competent authority or licensing directive.
• Players who registered while under 21 years of age.

Once an account is terminated by panasvip due to a violation, any balance in that account may be forfeited as compensation. panasvip's decision to terminate an account is final.

10. Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise regarding the use of the panasvip platform, players are encouraged to contact our support team first for an amicable resolution. Our team is available 24/7 via live chat and email in Malay and English.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to the relevant international licensing authority as an independent arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in panasvip's licensing jurisdiction. Your acceptance of these terms also constitutes acceptance of the dispute resolution jurisdiction stated herein.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

panasvip reserves the right to change, add to or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our discretion. Any significant changes will be communicated to players via a notice on the website or to their registered email address.

The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this website with the effective date clearly stated. Continued use of the panasvip platform after any amendment is made will be considered your agreement to the updated version of the Terms and Conditions.

It is the player's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure they are always aware of and complying with the latest terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account and stop using panasvip's services.
